Last night saw the KromaNyon take to the field in the lead up to their 15th Anniversary tournament 20th June in Gland. Beforee that it was KromaNyon vs Rubipedes Geneve.
Pedro was at the start trying to influence the ref to no-avail. Lawrence tried another method during the game when he made a break and in the same instance tried to break Aurélie. Our refs are made of sterner things!
As always this game was played in the spirit of rugby. The Rubipedes rolling maul worked well and the controlled the game early taking clean ball at the lineout with a driving maul going over for the first score.
Lawrence called the troops in and a plan was made for the next lineout…. Though this was thrown to the side as Rubipedes let the ball bounce at the kickoff and Lawrence scooped it up then carved his way through showing his snake like hips on the way for an easy score.
As the sun started to set and the flood lights kicked in the Rubipedes started to rally. With some great forward control then spreading the ball wide. Kroma defence was strong with coach Bison pulling the strings from the sidelines.
